Tips on Using the UW Neuroanatomy

Navigation
- Clicking on a full-size
image returns you back to the referencing
page. (This saves the user from having to
pressing the "Back" key repeatedly.)
Audio Files
- Audio files are stored in
combinations of three formats (listed below).
Most browsers are able to play .wav and .au files, but
(depending on your Internet connection speed) they may
take a considerable time to download. If you are using a
modem or experiencing delays in receiving the .wav or .au
files, we recommend using the RealAudio player and the
.ra files. RealAudio

- File Formats contained in the Textbook:
- .wav (IBM-PC native wave files) - largest
files/highest quality
- .au (Sun .au format) - smaller files/reduced
quality
- .ra (Real Audio format) - streamed audio data
(Best for Modems).
