NOT A CHANCE!!     In this case the LEFT vestibular nuclei are driving the RIGHT PPRF and in turn the RIGHT abducens to slowly move the eyes to the RIGHT, after which they would snap back to the LEFT.  A nystagmus is named for the fast component of the eye movement.
