NOT A CHANCE!! The dorsal spinocerebellar tract ascends in the lateral funiculus and reaches the medial and intermediate zones of the cerebellum via the inferior cerebellar peduncle.  It carries unconscious proprioception from C8 down.  Unconscious proprioception from C7 and up is traveling in the fasciculus cuneatus on its way to the accessory cuneate nucleus.
